Mission Statement
To promote self-sufficiency for low-income families in San Diego’s Community as well with a particular focus on transportation workers programming that supports the education, health, and well-being of families and youth in San Diego.
Vision
To establish a community wide plan of programs and services that results in the raising of the quality of life among the designated families so that they become socially, culturally, and economically self-sufficient.
