About Us

The United Transportation Workers of San Diego is a non-profit organization that serves youth, families, and transportation workers. It was established on March 16th, 2024. The fundamental purpose is to create and implement programs and facilitate events to systematically connect the designated community’s families together to build quality relationships, community cohesiveness, and each family’s level of self-sufficiency. The end goal of our vision is the overall development of San Diego’s family and transportation workers and the community's personal growth and development.

Our Commitment

  • The United Transportation Workers of San Diego is deeply committed to its mission. In recent times, many families and transportation workers in San Diego have been exhibiting behaviors that are counterproductive to their well-being and that of the wider community. Our primary goal is to prevent our youth and families from straying off the right path and to intervene with those who have entered the juvenile justice system. We address these needs through the implementation of vital programs such as after-school health educational programs, daily walk-in services, and family youth counseling.
